HP Buff & Blend wheels are made with stiff material for an aggressive cut rate. Designed for use on applications where precise metal removal in required. Only available in Very Fine. Open non-woven structure of abrasive material allows for deburrring without risk of gouging the work piece. *Discs have 1/2" center hole for attachment to stationary machines with a shaft. Wheels can be ganged on the shaft for as wide or narrow as you need.

Applications:
-Blending minor surface imperfections. -Blending handling marks. -Blending coated abrasives secondary burrs. -Removing minor surface oxidation. -Surface preparation prior to coating. -Removing surface coatings for part inspection -Removing rust. -Removing parting lines from small castings. -Removing small burrs from threaded pipe. -Removing flash from plastic molded parts. -Cosmetic finishing on aluminum castings.
