800 series hard density unitized wheel for increased edge durability and life for tough blending and polishing applications. These unitized deburring wheels are constructed by bonding and compressing layers of abrasive impregnated non-woven nylon together with an adhesive system. The material is pressed with heat to form a solid block from which wheels are cut. Wheels can be used on automated equipment, straight shaft stationary tools, straight shaft portable tools and feed through machines.
