Industrial Stick-On PSA Sanding Discs
Adhesive backed PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) sanding discs stick to vinyl or rubber faced orbital sander pads. When finished, discs are easily removed from the sanding pad. Cloth discs have superior tear resistance for heavy-duty deburring. Paper discs are more flexible for light deburring and finishing.

Paper PSA Disc Rolls - Carbo Dri-Lube Silicon Carbide
Silicon Carbide creates a thinner scratch pattern for very fine finishes. It can be used on paint, primer, stainless steel, brass, titanium, plastics, woods, glass, stones and ceramics. Less expensive compared to Premier aluminum oxide disc rolls.

Grit Range: 80 - 400 grit
Cloth PSA Discs - Naxoflex Aluminum Oxide
Premium Aluminum Oxide cloth backed PSA discs for tough deburring and sanding applications. A/O is the standard abrasive grain used in most all sanding products. Characterized by it's long life and durability, A/O is one of the best values when sanding and deburring ferrous metals, aluminum and hardwood. Best cloth backed aluminum oxide disc on the market.

Grit Range: 36 - 220 grit
Cloth PSA Discs - Fandeli Zirconia
Zirconia is an ultra-tough, synthetic abrasive which provides a free, cool cut for high stock removal applications. It is tougher and sharper than aluminum oxide. It has a micro-crystalline structure which allows for controlled breakdown and self-sharpening. Best for use on stainless steel, alloyed steels and other hard metals. X-weight cloth backing for superior tear resistance and added strength.

Grit Range: 36 - 120 grit
Cloth PSA Discs - Fandeli Ceramic
The sub-micron structure of ceramic alumina allows each grain to continually expose sharp cutting points, resulting in cooler cutting action and an extended life. It is tougher and sharper than aluminum oxide but runs cooler and last longer than zirconia. Reduces the risk of heat dis-colorization. Best for use on heat sensitive metals, stainless steel, alloyed steels and other hard metals. X-weight cloth backing.
