Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If there is a difference in the actual shipping charge, we will contact you.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  • In-stock orders placed before 1pm PST are usually shipped the same day.
  • Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. If you order multiple items, in most cases your order will not ship until all the items in you order are available. For example, if you buy an item with that usually ships in 24-48 hours and another item with an availability of 48-72 hours, your order will usually ship within 72 hours.
  • In some cases we will have an item shipped from another warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. If you order multiple items, some of your direct shipped items may arive before or shortly after the rest of your order. If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not recieved these items please contact customer service.
  • After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. It is extremely rare that any items you order will take longer than 7 business days to ship.
