700 series medium/hard density unitized wheel for increased edge durability and life for tough blending and polishing applications. These unitized deburring wheels are constructed by bonding and compressing layers of abrasive impregnated non-woven nylon together with an adhesive system. The material is pressed with heat to form a solid block from which wheels are cut. Wheels can be used on automated equipment, straight shaft stationary tools, straight shaft portable tools and feed through machines.
Applications: -Removing punched hole burrs on StainlessSteel. -Deburring trailing and leading edge on turbineblades. -Removing 80 grit grind lines on Nickel Alloys. -Removing 120 grit grind lines on Aluminum. -Removing medium-sized pits and scratches. -Edge radiusing. -Removing heavy flashing. -Deburring gears. -Removing heavy scale. -Removing light oxidation from Aluminum. -Removing brazing on steel tubing. -Removing weld discoloration. -Removing handling marks prior to coating orplating.
