| Information on our policy for special order items. |

Orders for custom made items such as, but not limited to, coated or non-woven belts, psa discs or any other non-stock or special made items are non-returnable in most cases. In rare cases we may take back a special ordered item if we feel we can resell it or return it to the manufacturer. The re-stocking policy does apply to these items.
For special order belts and discs:
Our manufacturers do their best to make the exact quantity orderded. However, because of either an excess or shortage of material, the manufacturer reserves the right to over ship or short ship the quantity ordered by +/- 10%. By ordering custom made products you agree to accept the quantity made by up to the 10% +/- limit. Example; you order 20 each of a 3" x 21" 80 grit abrasive belt, you may recieve between 18 and 22 belts. |
