Full synthetic coolants utilize a soluble combination of synthetic lubricants and do not contain any petroleum additives. Synthetics offer a number of outstanding advantages, including extended sump life and exceptional performance. In addition, synthetics offer superior cooling capabilities for extended tool life and reduced heat distortion. Synthetics also repel tramp oil and make its removal easy and less costly.

Its exceptional biostability provides long-term sump life when properly maintained, and the addition of a non-chlorinated EP package provides extended tool life. Power Saw works well in hard-water environments and its transparent solution allows for easy viewing of workpiece. Provides excellent rust protection and minimal foaming. SN-100A is a versatile, medium/heavy-duty synthetic fluid formulated to meet critical performance requirements while providing easy disposability. A transparent solution when diluted, SN-100A resists bacteria and fungal growth, rancidity and unpleasant odors. SN-100A contains proprietary extreme pressure lubricants and corrosion inhibitors that improve tool/wheel performance during cutting and grinding operations.  It also contains additives to protect brass, bronze and copper fitting on the machine from corrosion.  Excellent for use on most metals, although with some grades of aluminum staining can occur depending on service conditions.  SN-100A does not contain chlorine, active sulfur or phenols.

Carbide Power Grind is a synthetic high performance diamond wheel grinding coolant which uniquely combines high rust protection while minimizing cobalt leaching from all grades of carbide. G25J is compatible with brass, bronze, copper, and ferrous metals, making it an excellent coolant for Blanchard Grinding.  G25J provides excellent corrosion protection and is ideal for use in machines with magnetic brass rings.
